Preamble
By accessing or using the Project Tick website, services, or related
online platforms (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound
by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the
Services.

These Terms govern website access and online services only.
They do not apply to:
- software distributed under an open-source license;
- proprietary or enterprise software governed by a separate EULA;
- third-party services governed by their own terms.
Applicable software licenses always take precedence over these Terms.

royalty-free right to use such content for the operation and improvement
of the Services.
You represent that you have the legal right to submit such content.

All content, branding, design, and materials provided through the
Services are owned by Project Tick or its licensors, unless otherwise
stated.
No rights are granted except as necessary to use the Services.
Project Tick trademarks and branding may not be used without prior
written permission.
6. Availability and Modifications
The Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Project Tick may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the
Services at any time without prior notice.
No service level or uptime guarantee is provided unless explicitly
stated.

Project Tick is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or
practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”.
PROJECT TICK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROJECT TICK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR ACCESS TO THE
SERVICES, IF ANY.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Project Tick from claims,
damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation
of these Terms.
11. Termination
Project Tick may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time
for violation of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws designated by Project Tick,
excluding conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
Project Tick may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Services after changes become effective
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
